How To
Scramble the eggs in a sauce pan with some butter and salt and pepper. Place aside to layer in the lasagna.
Cut up the sausages into pieces and fry them in a sauce pan with the cream and broth. Until done. Place aside to layer in the lasagna.
Clean and slice the zucchini into thin long slices, to layer in the lasagna.
Layer the ingredients, according to the recipe attached, prepared in a greased oven dish. Sprinkle with cheese once completed.
Bake in the oven, covered with foil and then for five minutes without foil to brown the cheese and cook the zucchini. So easy and delicious.
Serve on a plate for a filling and healthy delicious breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- Chicken sausage 2 cups
- Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
- Cream 1/3 cup
- Zucchini 1
- Salt 12 tsp.
- Black pepper 12 tsp.
- Butter 12 tsp.
- Chicken broth or water 1 cup
- Eggs 7
Instructions
1. In a frying pan, fry the eggs in butter, add salt and pepper, and stir. Move aside
2. In another frying pan, fry the chopped sausages, add cream and broth.
3. Slice the zucchini lengthwise.
4. Layer the lasagna – sausages, zucchini, eggs, cheese. Repeat.
5. Bake at 175 Deg .C (350 Deg. F) for 30 minutes under foil and 5 minutes without.
