Breakfast Sausage Lasagna Recipe. A healthy family oven baked dish for a holiday brunch, with zucchini and scrambled egg and chicken.
1. In a frying pan, fry the eggs in butter, add salt and pepper, and stir. Move aside
2. In another frying pan, fry the chopped sausages, add cream and broth.
3. Slice the zucchini lengthwise.
4. Layer the lasagna – sausages, zucchini, eggs, cheese. Repeat.
5. Bake at 175 Deg .C (350 Deg. F) for 30 minutes under foil and 5 minutes without.
