A Recipe for 30 minute dinner rolls recipe. Easy homemade yeast buns served with a meal of soup and starters for dinner appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 Cup plus 2 Tbsp of warm water
  2. 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  3. 2 Tbsp of active dry yeast
  4. 1/4 Cup of brown sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt
  6. 1 large egg
  7. 3 1/2 cups of flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 deg. C
  2. In a bowl of your mixer, combine the warm water, oil, yeast and sugar. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 min.
  3. Mix 2 cups of flour, the salt and the egg into the yeast mixture using a dough hook. Add the remaining 1 1/2 cups flour  1/2 cup at a time.
  4. Shape dough into 12 balls and place in a 9 x 12 pan. let dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. bake for 10 minutes or until tops are just golden brown
