Ingredients
- 12 green onions (trimmed and coarsely chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F
- Place the green onions in a shallow baking pan
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and toss to coat
- Spread in an even layer and roast for 15-20 minutes
- Place the onions in a food processor to finely chop
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix until thoroughly combined
- Serve with chips or crackers
