Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1–2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric seasoning,
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Trim cauliflower, remove outside leaves, and cut the cauliflower down from the top to the base in steaks. (they should look like a tree)
- Place cauliflower steaks in a bowl and coat lightly all over with olive oil turmeric and spices
- Lightly saute the cauliflower steaks in a sauce pan with a little olive oil. brown on each side.
- Top florets with ¼ cup of crumbled goat cheese or parmesan cheese. Place on a baking tray to roast till cooked in the oven
- Roast in a 180 Deg C.(400-degree) oven for 5 – 10 minutes, The steaks should still have a crispy feel to them they will not be soft. But cooked and so delicious.
Any fussy vegetable eater will eat theses. So recommended.
Notes
Use or don’t use the parmesan cheese on the top. They are still the best dish.
