Ingredients
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 2 bananas
- 1 orange, peeled, segments
- 1/2 cup pomegranates seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts, crushed or broken
- 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
- mint leaves
Simple Dressing
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- 2 Tablespoon of yogurt
- a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
Instructions
- Clean the fruit, peel the oranges and kiwi and bananas. Open up the pomegranate fruit, take out the seeds (arils). Peel off the skins on the orange segments. Cut all fruit up in bite size slices and sections.
