Pick up an apple slice and carefully wrap the strip around and slice and through the center. Each apple slice will use two strips.
It’s okay if the strips slightly rip, just press them down and keep wrapping!
Once all apple slices are wrapped, place them in the oven for 15 – 18 minutes. The tops and the bottoms of each slice should be browned and flaky.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top.

- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
