The amount of ingredients to apply will depend on the amount of people you are serving. This recipe is for two people.

  1. 4 Slices of Brown or white bread for toasting
  2. 1 Ripe avocado (to mash or slice)
  3. 1 Tomato’s (sliced or toasted)
  4. 2 Eggs (to boil or fry or poach)
  5. 4 strips Bacon 
  6. Salt and pepper or lemon pepper.
  7. Add herbs of choice, like basil and parsley.

Instructions

  1. While the bread is toasting you can cut the avocado and mash it or slice it. (as preferred) Salt and pepper it.
  2. Fry the eggs and bacon needed.
  3. If you prefer the tomatoes to fry then do that as well. Or slice them.
  4. Butter the toast and add the tomato then the avocado and then the egg. Spice and add your preferred sauces.
  5. For the plain toasted avocado just add the mashed and spiced avo to the toast.
  6. For your toast with avocado and bacon add the avo first then the slices of bacon.
  7. enjoy, and be creative with this breakfast its very filling.

Notes

Versatile toast with avocado and bacon or egg and tomato. 

 Choice of breads would be whole grain breads, such as oat meal and whole wheat bread. Breads baked with coconut flour and almond butter. Avocados are packed with potassium, magnesium, fiber and heart healthy monounsaturated fats. They also contain carotenoids and tocopherols which are linked to reduce risk of cancer. Compounds reduce inflammation in newly forming skin cells. Amazing and filling avocado. (Feta a goat cheese and swiss cheeses are a good choice of cheese)
