- 4 pieces of pork fillet
- 12 strips of bacon
- 5 – 6 mushrooms
- 14 pitted olives
- 1 onion
- 1–2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. each of paprika, black pepper, mixed pepper, dry garlic
- salt to taste

1. First, prepare the stuffing. Pat the mushrooms dry with a damp cloth and chop finely. Peel the onions, cut into rings. Set aside 4 onion rings of medium size. Chop the rest of the onion. Set aside 4 olives, cut the rest into 4 pieces. Fry the onions and mushrooms in olive oil until golden. Add the olives at the end of cooking. Allow the filling to cool.
