How To
For baking in the oven wrap the clean beetroots in foil. Place them in the oven and bake.
While the beetroots are getting baked in the oven, make the dressing with the olive oil, and other ingredients. Mix them well and put aside.

- Beetroot 2–3
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Honey 1 tsp.
- Salt 14 tsp.
- Black pepper pinch
- Mustard 12 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp.
- Celery 13 cup
Instructions
- Wrap the beets in foil and bake in a 350F oven for 40-50 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, salt, black pepper, honey, mustard, and vinegar.
- Dice the beets, celery and onion. Mix.
