Ingredients
- Breakfast for two.
- 2 fresh whole eggs with shell on.
- Water and small pot.
- salt and pepper.
Instructions
- Take 2 eggs and add them to the small pot. Add cold water to the pot to cover the eggs for about an inch over top and a little salt. Place on stove top to bring to boil. Boil the best boiled eggs for 4 – 5 minutes. (or as otherwise desired for your taste according to the times in the post) remove from the stove top.
- Pour the boiling water out of the pot leaving the eggs inside and then run cold tap water over the boiled eggs until cool enough to handle.
