Ingredients

Scale
  1. A few portabella mushrooms (6)
  2. 1 cup Cheeses (cheddar and parmesan grated)
  3. Salt and vinegar, and garlic spice
  4. dried basil or parsley
  5. olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. This is a side dish for any meal.
  2. When grilling on a braai do these lastly as only warm coals are needed.
  3. Cut out the mushroom stem and inners from the inside of the portabella mushrooms.
  4. Firstly oil or butter the portabella for grilling,
  5. Then add some salt and vinegar, garlic spices in the under side of the mushroom.
  6. Fill with a mixture of cheeses as per ingredients, or as you prefer.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese with basil or parsley.
  8. Add to the grilling of a braai or barbecue once all the meats have been grilled.
  9. Grill until cooked and softer. The cheese will be melted.
  10. Serve as a side for your meal. 
  11. Very delicious.

Notes

Mushrooms such as portobella and shitake and truffles are very good at fighting inflammation with all their good compounds and they also rich in Vit B. (Parmesan cheese is also known to have some fatty acids that helps inflammation)
