Ingredients

  1. Obtain a few butternut squashes.
  2. Clean them and cut in half
  3. Some water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to roast the butternut squash. 180 Deg.C
  2. Cutting the butternut in half and taking our the seeds.
  3. Place the butternut on the baking sheet with a little water in to prevent it from sticking.
  4. Bake it covered with foil for about 45 minutes until cooked.
  5. Once taken out to cool slightly so you can scrape the butternut out with an ice cream scooper or a normal tablespoon. Leaving the skins behind. (the pips would of been discarded already)
  6. Then add this into your blender or food processor, adding maybe half a cup of water to get a good consistency. (that is per butternut)
  7. (other liquids to add is breast milk or baby formula)
  8. Serve or refrigerate and freeze the left over.
