Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1.1/3 cups (11 oz)of chocolates chips
  2. 1/2 cup of Nutella or almond chocolate spread
  3. red and white candy sticks for Christmas decoration
  4. 1 tins of 398 g. (14 oz) condensed milk
  5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a pan with greased or spray and cook, foil about 8 x 8 inch.
  2. In a pot over low heat, add the condensed milk and chocolate chips and stir until melted. Then the rest of the ingredients and mix them well together and stir until all is well combined and smooth and shiny.
  3. Stop stirring once the fudge mixture starts to boil.
  4. Pour all the mixture into the greased lined pan. Break up pieces of the red and white candy cane sticks and place them on the top of the fudge. Then leave to cool for a minute or two then cover with plastic wrap to prevent a skin forming.
  5. Then place in the fridge for 4 hours
  6. Cut the set fudge on a bread board cleanly with a hot clean dry knife to make clean pieces of fudge.
  7. Store in a sealed closed container, wrapped in wax paper.
