Ingredients
- 10 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- salt and pepper
- 1Teaspoon of chutney (optional) or hot sauce.
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of diced red and green bell peppers and red onion.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 Deg. F (175 Deg C.)
- Grease or spray and cook your muffin pans.
- In a large bowl mix with a hand mixer your eggs milk and all your spices and sauce.
- Fill each muffin pan with this egg milk mixture equally.
- Add on top of the muffin mix your ham and peppers and cheese evenly as well. They will sink a little in the mixture.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until browned and cooked. (test )
- Serve warm.
- (allow to cool and store in a sealed bag or container for a few days.) Freezes well for one month.
