Ingredients

2 cups of Cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella
1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano spices
Salt and ground Black pepper to taste
2–3 tablespoons of olive oil
Balsamic vinegar glazed
Instructions
Wash the tomatoes and the fresh basil leaves off. Dry on drying cloth. Have the mozzarella made into balls.
With a sharp knife slice the cherry tomatoes in half and the mozzarella balls. They should all be the same size. place in a bowl.
Break the fresh washed basil leaves into twos or ones.
Add you oregano herbs and and toss lightly, then add the olive oil and toss those so that the tomato and cheese are all coated. Add the salt and pepper, to taste.
Reduce the balsamic vinegar in a hot pan, then simmering until it thickens. To a syrup like consistency. To test its done, it will stick to the back of the spoon.
Drizzle over the salad served in a serving dish or add separately on the table for those that wish to add the balsamic vinegar to the salad.
This salad can be made ahead and the spices and olive oil tossed in before serving.
