How To
Once you shake up the olive oil and the lime juice with cayenne pepper and salt and garlic then you will toss it in the beans.

Chopping up the avocado and cherry tomato and then placing all the beans and corn and with these in a bowl then toss them up.

Serve in a bowl with the lime dressing, add to any meal or Braai or Barbecue.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of fresh lime juice.
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 2 cans (15 oz ) of black beans
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen corn or Tin corn.
- 1 avocado peeled and diced into small pieces
- 2 cherry tomatoes chopped
- 6 green onions chopped small
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh lettuce or parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Place the lime juice olive oil salt and cayenne pepper in a shaker and shake until all is mixed.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients that would of been chopped and sliced already and pour the lime juice mix over and toss altogether to mix the lime juice mixture with the bean salad.
- Serve in a glass bowl or with meals.
