Ingredients

1/2 Cup of fresh lime juice.
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 cans (15 oz ) of black beans
1 1/2 cups of frozen corn or Tin corn.
1 avocado peeled and diced into small pieces
2 cherry tomatoes chopped
6 green onions chopped small
1/2 cup of chopped fresh lettuce or parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Place the lime juice olive oil salt and cayenne pepper in a shaker and shake until all is mixed.
In a bowl add all the ingredients that would of been chopped and sliced already and pour the lime juice mix over and toss altogether to mix the lime juice mixture with the bean salad.
