Delicious Tiramisu Trifle in a Glass for individual servings as a dessert. A mini trifle made with finger biscuits, mascarpone cream, and espresso.

200grams of mascarpone cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of cream of tartar
packet of ladyfinger biscuits
20ml (1 heaped tablespoon) of espresso coffee with 2 tablespoon of hot water
2 tablespoons of dark unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff then add one teaspoon of granulated fine sugar to the egg whites, pinch of salt and cream of tartar and whisk again until stiff.
In a larger bowl beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar until smooth and fluffy, and all in incorporated.
Fold in the mascarpone mixture.(do not beat with a mixer) to the stiff egg white mixture until all is combined. Do not overmix.
With a spatula add the egg whites to the mascarpone mixture and fold in well. Set this aside.
Prepare and mix the espresso in some hot water and leave to cool. Pour the cool espresso coffee mixture into a dish big enough to dip the finger biscuits in.
To prepare the assemble the trifle in a glass.
Use 3 biscuits per glass. Quickly Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture, Not to be soaked through. With the soaked side facing up, (the coffee mixture will soak through). break into pieces to able to fit and layer them in the bottom of the glass.
Add some mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfinger biscuits.
Create these layers of biscuit and mascarpone in your glass for at least 3-4 times or as you can depending on the size of the glasses. Finishing with the mascarpone cream.
Finally sprinkle dark cocoa powder on top of the mascarpone cream, and stick an unsoaked ladyfinger biscuit in the side of the glass.
Serve chilled for a mini dessert for individual servings for family on special occasions. enjoy
Notes
Use cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese, but whipping it with some full cream for a similar taste.
