Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  2.  1 Cup Butterscotch chips
  3. 1 can of chow mein noodles, broken up slightly to better fit in muffin tin cavities
  4. 36 Cadbury Mini Eggs

Instructions

  1.  Grease 12 cavities of a muffin tin.
  2.  Add chocolate and butterscotch to a heat safe bowl over a saucepan filled with an inch of water, or double boiler, and melt over low heat,  stirring constantly until smooth and completely melted..
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in chow mein noodles.
  4. Divide the mixture between the 12 greased muffin tin cavities, and make a “nest” in the center.
  5. Add candy eggs, and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
