- garlic powder
- salt
- plain Greek yogurt
- mozzarella or cream cheese
- spinach
- egg
How To
In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add the plain yogurt to your flour mixture, mix with a fork until a shaggy dough has formed.
Using your hands knead the rest of the flour into the dough until a ball forms. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and roll out to a 12×8 rectangle.
Spread cream cheese over the dough base. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and spinach on the dough. (or bought puff pastry)
Roll the dough like you would roll up cinnamon rolls. Cut into small slices. Place on a greased and lined baking tray.
Bake in the oven once you have brushed egg mixture over the top of the roll ups.

- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 up of spinach

7. Roll the dough like you would roll up cinnamon rolls.
8. Cut the roll into 9 even pieces.
9. Place each roll onto a greased lined baking tray and baste with egg mix and bake for 25 minutes.
