Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups of flour
  2. 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  3. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  4. 1teaspoon of salt
  5. 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  6. 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  7. 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  8. 1/2 up of spinach
  9. 1 egg for egg brush.

Instructions

Make the easy dough recipe or use puff pastry.

1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a cupcake pan and set aside.

 2.    In a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt

3.  Add the plain yogurt to your flour mixture, mix with a fork until a shaggy dough has formed.

4.     Using your hands knead the rest of the flour into the dough until a ball forms.

5.     Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and roll out to a 12×8 rectangle.

6.    spread cream cheese smoothly over the dough base, sprinkle with cheese and spinach over the cream cheese.

7.     Roll the dough like you would roll up cinnamon rolls.

8.     Cut the roll into 9 even pieces.

9.     Place each roll onto a greased lined baking tray and baste with egg mix and bake for 25 minutes.

  • recommend to use puff pastry, you don’t have any then use the dough recipe
