Ingredients

Use any fruit available at the time.

  1. 2 Bananas
  2. 1 Apple
  3. 5 Grapes
  4. 2 slices of cut Pineapple
  5. 1/2 a Paw Paw

As much as you would like to make in a bowl. Or that you have available.

Making a dressing

  1. Use honey
  2. Orange juice
  3. lemon zest

Or even just add ice cream or evaporated milk.

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel some fruit. You have available.
  2. Cut bananas into small slices.
  3. Core apples and cut into edible pieces.
  4. Peel and cut up pineapple and chop into small pieces.
  5. Halve grapes.
  6. Peel and cut the paw paw into slices, then chop into edible pieces.
  7. Mix all with a little sugar, by folding with a spoon. Or even drizzle a small mix of dressing over fruit with orange juice honey and lemon zest over banana and apple and other fruit, serve.
  8. Leave to chill in fridge for a short time. (not to discolor the fruit)
  9. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Or even make some custard or drizzle on some evaporated milk.
