You can use boneless chicken pieces or with the bone in as it will taste the same and you would not be disappointed. This is not just fried chicken, it is a Mexican dish with a bright unforgettable flavor, which is prepared very quickly and easily.

To grill chicken without letting it get to dry, marinating it should be the answer. Marinating will fill it with flavor and tenderness. Boneless or with bones in. Any part of the chicken you wish to grill.

Gather all the ingredients needed, make sure your pan is ready. Clean and cut the ingredients needed. Slice the chili into thin rings, remove the zest of half a lemon.
Place the zest, chili, chopped onion and garlic in a marinade bowl. Add all the dry spices, salt, olive oil, orange juice and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Stir the marinade.
Place the chicken, stir and leave for 4 hours at room temperature or for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
You will need skinless chicken thighs. You can remove the bone or leave them with the bone. Use orange and lemon juice for the base of the marinade. The marinade will make the meat soft and add flavor and juiciness.
Heat a grill pan and place the marinated thighs on it and grill for about 6 minutes and turn the chicken over and continue cooking in the same way. Check the temperature inside the meat – it should be 175°F. If the temperature is lower, cover the pieces with foil and reduce the heat.
The chicken pieces are marinated in a marinade with different flavors and grilled to mouthwatering strips.
Place the grilled chicken on a serving plate.
Finish serving with chili, tomatoes, lemon slices and cilantro or add other optional sauces and boiled rice can be served in addition with salads or vegetables.
