Why are my peanut butter balls soft?
Peanut butter chocolate balls are soft as they are made with melted chocolate and peanut butter with cream. They need to be kept in the fridge and chilled as well as a sealed container for further use.
Why are my peanut butter balls so sticky?
The mixture should be easy to roll into balls that stay together while not being sticky. If it is sticky, add just a little more powdered sugar. If it won’t form into a ball, add just a little more peanut butter. Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1 inch balls.

What do I do with the 1/4 cup confection sugar in the ingredients? I don’t see in the instructions. Thank you! 🙂

hello, oh my gosh, so sorry about that. You mix the castor sugar with the peanut butter mix, until all is combined. Add a little to the cocoa powder when you roll the balls in it. Hope you enjoy this simple recipe. Heather
