Ingredients

  1. 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (sugarless and only with salt)
  2. 1/2 Cup brown Sugar
  3. 1 Egg
  4. 1 Cup Peanut butter chips or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 deg. C (350 deg. F.)  Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl. Stir until contents in the bowl are smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place each ball on the prepared cookie sheet, an inch apart.  Take a fork and make an X to flatten the cookie.  Tip: Spray fork with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the bottoms of the cookies are slightly brown.  Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.  Once the cookies are cooled, serve and enjoy!

Notes

     This is a quick and simple recipe to make. Great for bakers that are just starting out.

     Substitute chocolate chips for fun.

     Double the recipe so they last longer. They go fast!  Easy to store in an airtight container.

     Paired with a hot cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk, this cookie is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth.
