Easy Pull Apart Meatball Sliders recipe. Use Hawaiian rolls, cheese, and drizzle with garlic, Italian herbs in butter before baking in oven.
1. Preheat the oven to 190 deg. C (375 deg. F)
2. Place the rolls on a small baking sheet, keeping all 12 rolls connected.
3. Cut approximately a 1-inch square from the center of each roll using a serrated knife, then gently pull out some of the bread inside to create a pocket for the meatballs.
4. Spoon a little marinara sauce into each pocket, then add a meatball, pressing gently so it sits snugly inside the roll.
5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs, ensuring each is well covered.
6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the entire surface of the rolls.
7. Stir garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the melted butter, then drizzle the seasoned butter over the tops of the rolls, making sure each one gets coated.
8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
