Make as many as you would need for the size gathering you would be having. I have not specified the amounts as it will depend on the amount of appetizers you will require.
Cutting the cold ingredients into small enough pieces for a bite size snack. That means the cheddar and gouda cheeses, cheese grillers or vienna. The small pickled onion should be fine, the small gherkins should also be cut in half. Pickled ingredients would be a strong taste in this mini one bite appetizer. So keep it to you tasting as you make these.

Place them on a serving dish or a wooden board for elegance and visual eye candy. They allow for the person to take the top of the toothpick and eat all in one bite. Not messing or getting distracted by the food and enjoying the company.

Easy Toothpick Vienna Cheese Appetizer recipe ideas for a no bake get togethers or party and family. A bite size cold finger food for snacks.
- Prep Time: 10 min
- Total Time: 10 min
- Category: appetizer or snack,
- Method: Stove top No Bake
Ingredients
The amounts are not included as you would want to make as many as the company you are serving. For a small gathering make a few and for larger get togethers make so much more.
- toothpicks
- Vienna or cheese grillers. Or choice on cold sausage
- cheeses, gouda and cheddar
- small pickled onions
- small half gherkins
Instructions
- Cut the vienna or cheese griller sausages in pieces of 1/2 inch long. Bite sizes.
- Cut both cheeses in squares or rectangles, approximately1/2 inch long to 3/4 inch thick. Also depends how much cheese you would prefer to the taste of the pickles.
- The small pickled onions are a good size to add on top of the toothpick.
- The small gherkin is cut in half as these will be to potent for the savory taste of cheese and vienna.
- With the toothpick firstly add the small pickled onion to halfway up then add the cheddar cheese piece and lastly the vienna or cheese griller. I used cheese grillers. Do a few like this. Then do the same with the gherkins. With the cheddar cheese and vienna.
- Alternatively make the next tasting appetizer with the same method, adding the pickled onion then the vienna or cheese griller pieces and then the gouda cheese. Then alternate with the gherkin on top with gouda cheese and lastly the cheese griller.
- All the difference is that you are alternating the cheeses and the pickles.
- Place them of aboard or a serving dish for visitors to enjoy
