1. 2 Cups of all purpose flour

2. 1 Tsp Baking Soda

3. 1 Tsp Salt

4. 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

5. 1/2 Cup of Butter or olive oil

6. 3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

7. 2  Eggs

8. 1/3 Cup of Greek Yogurt

9. 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

10. 4-5 Ripe Bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Deg F (175 Deg C)
  2. Grease and line a standard sized loaf pan and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl stir together flour salt and baking soda and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl beat together till soft the bananas.
  5. In medium bowl beat together butter and brown sugar till light colored. Then beat in eggs and yogurt and vanilla.
  6. Add the banana mixture to all the other mixtures and pour in the loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a knife or toothpick comes out clean, then it is baked .
  8. Cool on a cooling rack until needed for tea time.
