Ingredients

40 ripe whole oranges.

Instructions

Pick the ripe oranges from the trees in the orchards. Or purchase a whole bunch from the fruit market when in season. Fresh juicy ripe sweet oranges.

Cut them in half and with a hand held juicer, place the half of the orange over the juice and press down and twist to release the orange juice. Juice them until there is no more juice left in the half. Then take the other half and do the same. Once the hand juicer is full of pips remove them and discard them.

Pour the juice through a sieve to eliminate the pulp or broken pips or seeds from the juicing. This should be over a large bowl to collect the orange juice filtered through.

Do this until all the oranges are juiced. Pour the orange juice into a jug or bottle as you please.

The easiest and most simple juice to create. No other ingredients needed.

Serve cold in a glass for a healthy vitamin enriched drink. Kids and adults will enjoy.

Notes

Depending on the size of the oranges you should get 3.5-4.5 lt for 40 ripe juiced oranges.
