Ingredients

    1. yogurt and flour ( easy 2 ingredient pizza base.)
    2. 1 cup mozzarella, grated
    3. 34 small tomatoes (cherry or Roma or small to medium tomato)
    4. 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
    5. tomato sauce
    6. spices of Italian or parsley or basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Obtain the recipe for the yogurt flour based dough for the mini pizza. ( easy 2 ingredient pizza base.)
  2. Slice the tomato and the pepperoni and grate the cheese. You can mix the cheese with cheddar and some parmesan for a richer flavor. Depends on your taste.
  3.  After you have prepared the bases, make small sizes for a two bite snack or appetizer size.
  4. Spread a little tomato sauce on the base and sprinkle the cheese over that, add slice of tomato and then a slice of pepperoni on top. sprinkle some parsley or Italian spices on top and bake.
  5. Bake in an oven of 180 deg.(350 deg. F) C for 5-10 minutes. (check on the bake to see if the crust is slightly light brown.)It will totally depend on the size of the bases.
  6. All you needing is for the base to cook and the cheese to melt.
  7. Take out and serve for snacks or appetizers. Warm or cool.
