Ingredients

  1. 1 ¼ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  2. c chocolate morsels
  3. ½ cup granola*
  4.   cup crunchy almond butter*
  5. 2 ripe bananas
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mash the bananas and combine them with the oats until thoroughly combined.
  4. Mix the almond butter and vanilla extract into the oats and banana mixture
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and granola
  6. Add batter to greased pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Notes

  • Store the oatmeal banana bars in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer for up to 2 weeks.
