Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 1 cup sweetener (Monkfruit or any sweetener that measures equal to sugar)
  3. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 cup butter melted and cooled
  5. 1/2 cup almond flour
  6. pinch of salt
  7. 2 cups warm milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9 inch pie plate and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sweetener and vanilla.
  4. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy
  5. Add melted butter, almond flour and salt, mix until well combined
  6. Add warm milk and whisk until well combined.
  7. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes
  8. Put a baking sheet into the oven to catch any overflow
  9. Pour batter into a 9-inch pie plate. It will be very full. Carefully place the pie plate on the baking sheet
  10. Bake for 45 minutes.
