  1.          1 large carrot chopped
  2.       1 cup of chopped mango
  3. 1 cup of chopped pineapple
  4. 1 cup of chopped paw paw or papaya
  5. 1 lime peeled and halved
  6. 1 banana chopped
  7. 2 cup of fresh filtered water
  8. Pinch of black ground pepper. (it increases the curcumin’s bio-availability)
  9. 1 Tablespoon of virgin coconut oil (to increase the curcumin’s bio-availability)
  10. 1 Teaspoon of turmeric powder OR fresh grated turmeric root to 1 Tablespoon
