Ingredients

  1. 2 kiwi fruit
  2. 2 bananas
  3. 1 orange, peeled, segments
  4. 1/2 cup pomegranates seeds
  5. 1/2 cup walnuts, crushed or broken
  6. 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds
  7. mint leaves

Simple Dressing

  1. 1 Tablespoon of honey
  2. 2 Tablespoon of yogurt
  3. a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.

Instructions

  1. Clean the fruit, peel the oranges and kiwi and bananas. Open up the pomegranate fruit, take out the seeds (arils). Peel off the skins on the orange segments. Cut all fruit up in bite size slices and sections.
  2. Take the walnuts and just break them up to be eaten with the fruit salad.
  3. Add the fresh cut fruit to a bowl, mix them up carefully without damaging the soft fruit. Mix in the pomegranate seeds. Add the walnuts for some protein. Sprinkle with chia seeds to give it the crunch and pop this dish needs.
  4. For the dressing, mix the honey with the yogurt and some lime or lemon. drizzle over the fruit salad and serve. Serve with some walnut and pomegranate and mint leaves on top.
  5. Make this delicious fruit salad fresh for the best taste. 
  6. Making it ahead of time is not recommended.
