Homemade Ground Beef Chili Recipe. Easy healthy idea for a meal with beans, made on the stove top and makes the best lunch or dinner.
1. Two 15 ounce cans of pre-cooked kidney beans
2. 1 lb. ground beef
3. 1 large tomato, diced
4. 1 small white onion, chopped or minced
5. 1/4 of green bell pepper, chopped or minced
6. 1 jalapeno or one-fourth of habanero pepper, minced (optional, these are both very spicy, although the habanero is much spicier)
7. 2 tablespoons tomato sauce or ( get the recipe here –> Simple Marinara Tomato Sauce)
8. 1 tablespoon olive oil
9. 1 tablespoon pepper
10. 1 teaspoon salt
11. 1 teaspoon chili powder
12. 1 teaspoon hot sauce
13. cilantro, for garnish
