How To
Preheat the oven to 220 Deg. C (425 Deg. F) Using an iron skillet pan that is versatile for stove top and oven baking.
Break the pasta into thirds, and cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes.
Add the broken pasta, alfredo sauce, chicken, parmesan, seasonings, and chicken broth to a large cast iron skillet. mix them up so when the dish is cooked its all in one. Cover with foil and transfer to the middle oven rack to bake for 35 minutes. Or until the chicken and pasta is cooked.
Remove the skillet from the oven, uncover, and stir.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, and return the skillet (uncovered) to the oven for 10 minutes.
Chop the parsley, and garnish when done. Serve this all in one pot or skillet meal for the family for easy weeknight suppers or dinners. Adding some vegetables to bake with the basic ingredients would make a more fulfilling meal. Even serve this meal with any other side dishes you would prefer. Such as vegetables or cold salads, or even some buns. Such an easy and tasty meal to bake in the oven.

- 8 oz (uncooked) Fettuccine pasta noodles, broken into thirds
- 6 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
