Ingredients

  1.    8 oz (uncooked) Fettuccine pasta noodles, broken into thirds
  2.    6 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  3.   14.5 oz can chicken broth
  4.   1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
  5.    ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  6.    1 tsp garlic powder
  7.    ½ tsp onion powder
  8.   1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  9.   2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1.    Preheat the oven to 220 Deg. C (425 Deg. F)

2.    Break the pasta into thirds, and cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes.

3.    Add the broken pasta, alfredo sauce, chicken, parmesan, seasonings, and chicken broth to a large cast iron skillet. Cover with foil and transfer to the middle oven rack to bake for 35 minutes.

4.    Remove the skillet from the oven, uncover, and stir.

5.    Sprinkle with mozzarella, and return the skillet (uncovered) to the oven for 10 minutes.

6.    Chop the parsley, and garnish when done.
