Ingredients

  1. 2  x (12 oz.) cooked chicken breast cut finely
  2. 1 Avocado mashed
  3. ⅓ Cup Plain Greek yogurt
  4. 3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  5. ¼ Cup Red onion finely chopped
  6. ½ Cup Celery chopped
  7. ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  8. ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

1.    Place the avocado into a mixing bowl, and mash it well with the tines of a fork.

2.    Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl with the avocado, and stir until well combined.

3.    Mix the chicken, red onion and celery into the avocado mixture, and stir to combine well.

Serve immediately topped with chopped green onions, or chill before serving if desired.
