Keto Avocado Chicken Salad Recipe. A healthy simple protein filled chicken lettuce wrap for a meal for lunch or supper for family.
1. Place the avocado into a mixing bowl, and mash it well with the tines of a fork.
2. Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl with the avocado, and stir until well combined.
3. Mix the chicken, red onion and celery into the avocado mixture, and stir to combine well.
Serve immediately topped with chopped green onions, or chill before serving if desired.
