Ingredients

  1. 2 packages (8 oz) of cream cheese (Room temperature.)
  2. 2 containers (5 oz) vanilla or plain Greek yogurt. (room temperature)
  3. 2 teaspoons of organic fresh honey.
  4. 1/2 cup of milk or cream.
  5. Berry jam.
  6. 12 graham crackers or tennis biscuits or other.
  7. 2 1/2 cups of fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Obtain the glasses or dessert glasses you will use.
  2. Crush the biscuits in your food processor or blender or with a rolling pin in a plastic bag.
  3. Make sure the cream cheese and the Greek yogurt are at room temperature before whisking them together. With a mixer blend the cream cheese, yogurt and honey together, and once that has combined add your milk and mix at low speed until the right consistency has been achieved. A thick and smooth texture.
  4. Layering the dessert with first a base of biscuit in each glass. Add cheesecake layer (judge the amount needed.) Then add some berry jam, and a few blueberries, then crushed biscuit and more cheesecake.
  5. Top with whole fresh blueberries and add a sprig of mint for garnish. Do this with all the glasses you have and make sure they are equal.
  6. Serve chilled for a delicious pudding in a glass or dessert trifle.
