- 1 x large cauliflower head cut into small florets
- ground black pepper
CHEESE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese or mozzarella mix
Instructions
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until just tender (10 min) Salt them.
- Preheat oven to 200 Deg. C (400 Deg. F)
- Butter or grease your casserole dish.
- Make your cheese sauce, in a sauce pan add your butter and melt then stir in your flour and mix well. Then stir in the milk until smooth. Next step is to add the cheese and melt and mix this sauce well.
