Ingredients

  1. 250 g (9 oz) biscuits crushed (use tennis biscuits or graham crackers or coconut biscuits or even marie biscuits)
  2. 1 1/2 ( 113 g) stick butter unsalted, melted
  3. 1/2 tin (200g, 7 oz) of condensed milk
  4. 3/4 cup (150g) of small marshmallow
  5. 1/4 cup of small chocolate chips
  6. 1/2 cup of fine desiccated coconut
  7. wax wrap

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits, either with a roller or a cup, even a small chopping cutter. Add to a medium bowl.
  2. Melt the butter and add to the crushed biscuits. Mix them well.
  3. Add the 1/2 tin of condensed milk and mix these altogether.
  4. Add the marshmallows and small chocolate chips(optional)
  5. Mix them together with a spoon.
  6. Cut a piece of wax paper and add this mixture to it. Pushing together to form a roll.
  7. The desiccated coconut should be fine. Add to the roll of biscuit on all sides equally, press it into the roll.
  8. Cover the roll with the wax paper as tight as possible and twist the ends closed.
  9. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hrs. to set.
  10. Or the freezer for at least more than half an hour until set.
  11. Open the wax paper up and place on a cutting board, slice in about 1-2 cm thick slices and serve.
