Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) of ground or minced beef meat (keep left over meat for sandwiches)
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 Cup of mixed frozen peas and corn
- Tin of whole tomato and sauce.
- 200 g of spaghetti pasta
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic flakes
- soy sauce. To taste
Instructions
- In a medium pot add water and salt and bring to boil then add the spaghetti to cook. Cook for plus minus 10 minutes.
- In a heated and oiled saucepan add chopped onion and garlic to sauté a little. then add you minced beef and break up so it cooks and brown evenly. Add the peas and corn, then the tomato´s. Place a lid on and simmer while breaking up the mince and ingredients up now and then. Adding salt and pepper and soy sauce to taste. Once veg is soft and cooked then the minced meat is done. about 10 minutes.
- Once the spaghetti is soft and cooked strain and serve on plates. Scoop spoon full of minced beef and veggies on top of the spaghetti and serve with tomato as a side or salad.
