Ingredients

  1.  2 x 225g, (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 oz packet dry ranch dressing mix (you can make a mix of dry herbs, parsley, salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder, as well as thyme herbs.)
  3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  4.  ¾ cup bacon pieces, finely chopped
  5.  ½ cup pecans, finely chopped
  6. ⅓ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  7.  20 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley, and if you need to chop the bacon and pecans smaller.
  2. Combine the cream cheese and ranch packet.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese, and half the bacon, pecans and parsley. Stir to combine.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the bacon, pecans, and parsley.
  5. Shape the mixture into 1 ½ inch balls, then roll each ball into the remaining mixture.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour, or until ready to serve.
  7. Insert a pretzel stick right before serving.
  8. Serve with pretzels or crackers.
