Ingredients

  1. 2 slice of brown or wholewheat bread
  2. 2 hard boiled egg 
  3. 1 ripe avocado
  4. 1 Tablespoon of butter
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
  6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  7. 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the two eggs in some water in a pot, for about 5 mins. Drain the hot water off and rinse in cold tap water and leave aside.
  2. Toast your bread until golden brown in a toaster, then spread butter on the warm toast.
  3. Slice a ripe avocado and place it evenly on the toasted bread. Add some salt and lemon pepper on the avocado slices.
  4. Peel and grate a hard boiled egg directly on top of the avocado.
  5. Sprinkle chili flakes, a little salt and ground black pepper over the grated egg for a spicy kick.
  6. Add some tomato sauce for those that love tomato sauce, or any other sauce you prefer.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Spicy Egg Avocado Toast for a breakfast with a difference.
