Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (depending on size of cauliflower for the servings)
- 1–2 teaspoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
optional: curry seasoning, ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Trim cauliflower, remove outside leaves, and break into florets.
- In a bowl of salty water wash and soak the florets to get rid of any debris or bugs. Dry them off with a paper towel or dish towel.
- Place cauliflower florets in a bowl and coat lightly with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange florets on a baking sheet pan and spouse out evenly to prevent them from getting soft or soggy. They will be more crispy when not place very closed together.
- Roast in a 200-225 deg. C(400-deg.F) oven for 20-30 minutes, or until you can pierce the florets easily with a knife. They should be golden and cooked.
