Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 head of cauliflower (depending on size of cauliflower for the servings)
  2. 12 teaspoons olive oil
  3. salt and pepper

optional: curry seasoning, ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese or parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim cauliflower, remove outside leaves, and break into florets.
  2. In a bowl of salty water wash and soak the florets to get rid of any debris or bugs. Dry them off with a paper towel or dish towel.
  3. Place cauliflower florets in a bowl and coat lightly with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange florets on a baking sheet pan and spouse out evenly to prevent them from getting soft or soggy. They will be more crispy when not place very closed together.
  6. Roast in a 200-225 deg. C(400-deg.F) oven for 20-30 minutes, or until you can pierce the florets easily with a knife. They should be golden and cooked.

Notes

  • Optional – to punch up the flavor, toss cauliflower florets with curry seasoning before roasting, or top florets with ¼ cup of crumbled goat cheese or parmesan cheese.
