Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup soft butter
  2. 2 tablespoons of organic pure honey
  3. 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  4. 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  5. Himalayan salt to taste
  6. Freshly ground black pepper
  7. 12 medium carrots (1 lbs.), peeled and halved lengthwise
  8. Fresh thyme, or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 Deg. C (400 deg. F)
  2. In a pan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in honey, rosemary, and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Take the pan of the stove top.
  3. Place carrots in the pan with the butter and honey and coat them well. 
  4. Place the coated carrots in a baking tray that was greased evenly.
  5. Roast until soft and tender and that they look a little light brown for 20-25 minutes. Test that they are tender with a knife or skewer.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh thyme or parsley, before serving.
  7. Makes a delicious tasty side dish for meals.
