Preheat the oven to 175 deg. C (350 deg. F.) Place all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Place the turkey breast in a baking dish and brush all over with the marinade. If you have time, you can cover the breast with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
