  1. 1 medium turkey breast (2 lbs) about 900 grams
  2. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  5. 1 1/3 teaspoons salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  9. 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, oregano, basil)
  10. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Make this simple honey mustard glaze sauce for this recipe.

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 deg. C (350 deg. F.) Place all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.

2. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Place the turkey breast in a baking dish and brush all over with the marinade. If you have time, you can cover the breast with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

4. Cover the turkey breast with foil and place in the oven. Roast for 40-50 minutes. Then remove the foil and roast at 200 deg. C (400 deg.F) for another 10 minutes.

 

Let the turkey sit under the foil for another 15 minutes, then serve whole or slice it.
